And God said: " Let Us make man in our own image and likeness"

And so THEY set out to replicate THEMSELVES in a human form.

A bony skull to house a brain for ideas, thoughts and inventions. An oval  opening with a white background and a clearly visible black dot for seeing. God drew back a little to take an analytical look at the project. Then he added another eye to make them two. A nose from where He could breath into the project on completion and then a mouth for appreciation and thanksgiving. The first hour.

Then God created the other parts mainly in two; the hands, the kidneys, the legs, the testicles, the ribcage etc. The second hour

Then God said: It is good we code humans for they will soon become many and there might arise some conflicts of identification between them. So the trinity set out to draw up  a coding system. A DNA so faithful in its semi-conservative replication was suggested for similarity sake. A set of 23 pairs of chromosomes, 30,000 genes and over 3 billion nucleotide pairs. God smiled and continued.  He formed a 64 genetic code for easy translation.  Three nucleotides to code for an amino acid and by so doing a set of 20 ubiquitous amino acids will be translated. He made methionine to be the first to be always translated with a codon of AUG (reasons best know to Him).  He didn't stop there

God formed some proteins with an ability to speed up biological reactions (Later man would name them enzymes). He folded them in such a manner that they can bind to their substrates and make a product out of them. The enzymes started functioning but God noticed that they might become too uncontrollable.  So he formed some inhibitors to check their excesses.

Lastly, God knew that nothing would exist truly without his breath of life. So He wanted to breathe into man but he delayed it for another second. A protein of four polypeptide chains would be necessary to carry His breath all over the system of this his project- MAN. So he formed hemoglobin and charged it to be the main oxygen carrier. He also formed the myoglobin. Then God took a deep breath and breathed into MAN.

Man came to life. God saw that what He had done was good. So He gave man dominion over every other thing. Even handed man over the power to identify some of His deeds and intervene when necessary.  So Watson and crick discovered the helical structure of DNA and even won an award for that. Sanger, Wilkins, Edman, Shine and dalgarno,  Okazaki,  etc also saw the glory of God in living systems.

But then some of them thinking that they now know too much say that God doesn't exist. And God laughed and laughed and laughed and laughed and laughed.
